It was a unversity project, and one of my favourite one.

Our team of five put together a complete business plan that covers every crucial aspect, from competitor analysis and product design to market segmentation and target audience identification. We even fine-tuned the brand name after consulting with industry experts, ensuring every detail was meticulously crafted, including the logo and visual identity.

Sadly, despite all the hard work, this project never made it to market and remains available for acquisition. It comes with a wealth of research, strategic documents, and a well-thought-out foundation ready to be brought to life.
