The Real Story
I didn't start in tech. I started on a phone, making cold calls to strangers who hung up before I finished introducing myself. That was 2020. It was humbling in the best possible way.
Five years later I've worked across sales, email marketing, SEO, industrial marketing at one of the largest cement companies in the region, and enterprise platform implementation. Each role taught me something the previous one didn't. None of them wasted. Today that experience comes together in three things: business process automation, change and project management, and marketing and sales process design.
Business Process Automation
Manual intake queues, approval chains living in inboxes, status reports assembled by hand — that's the work I automate. I design workflows that route, score, and track work automatically, and dashboards that answer "are we on track?" without anyone compiling a deck. I'm a certified implementation specialist on enterprise work-management platforms, but the platform is the tool, not the point: the point is a process your team stops fighting.
Change & Project Management
Change management is 90% therapy and 10% technology. Most projects fail not because the plan was wrong but because nobody took the time to understand why people resist change. I've spent five years learning to have that conversation — on cold calls, in factories, in stakeholder meetings — and I run projects the same way: clear governance, visible portfolios, and adoption treated as a deliverable, not an afterthought.
Marketing & Sales Process
MBA in Marketing. Google certified across digital marketing and e-commerce. But honestly — the real education happened on construction sites convincing contractors why a product they'd never heard of was worth their trust. I build positioning, email campaigns, SEO, and sales pipelines grounded in that: what buyers actually search, what they actually object to, and what actually converts.
This Site
Sheikh's Sphere is where I write honestly about the journey. Not the polished LinkedIn version. The real one — including the jobs that were messy, the lessons that came from failure, and the certifications that made sense of everything that came before them. If you're automating a process, untangling a project, or fixing a funnel, I hope something here is useful.
Work With Me
I take on consulting and project work across my three domains: business process automation (workflow design, intake and approvals, executive dashboards), change and project management (governance, portfolio visibility, adoption), and marketing and sales process (positioning, email, SEO, outreach and pipeline). Fully remote, and everyone is welcome — wherever you are, bring the problem.
If your processes live in spreadsheets, your projects stall at adoption, or your pipeline isn't converting — see what I do or email me directly. I reply fast.
Five years of figuring out how businesses actually work. Still learning. Writing about it honestly.
